What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a training program built around the movements of everyday life — walking, running, getting up off the floor, picking things up, lifting, pushing, pulling, jumping — performed at high intensity to develop well-rounded, full-body fitness.
With over 13,000 affiliate gyms (called “boxes”) worldwide, CrossFit is embraced by everyone from everyday people to top athletes, police officers, and firefighters as a form of functional training. In Japan too, the number of boxes and participants continues to grow year after year, with celebrities and models among those who’ve adopted it — making CrossFit one of the most exciting new fitness programs to watch.

How a Class Works
Every class starts with members introducing themselves to each other.
Then it’s into stretching and a variety of fun warm-up activities the whole group can enjoy together.
CrossFit incorporates a wide range of movement patterns.
This portion of class focuses on learning and reinforcing the mechanics of gymnastics and weightlifting movements.
The heart of CrossFit — the workout of the day.
A constantly varied combination of cardio, gymnastics, and weightlifting, performed at high intensity in a short time window.
To finish, we take time to stretch out and release the muscles worked during the session.
