With a different workout every day and teammates pushing alongside you, you’ll never run out of motivation to keep going. And since a coach is there to guide you the moment you walk in, all you really need to do is show up — which is exactly what makes it so easy to stick with.
CrossFit combines three types of movement:
Weightlifting (barbells, dumbbells, etc.)
Bodyweight exercises (pull-ups, push-ups, etc.)
Cardio (running, rowing machines, etc.)
By blending these in countless ways, CrossFit develops your physical abilities in a well-rounded, balanced way. The combinations are virtually endless — making it a workout you can enjoy for life, from kids to seniors, without ever getting bored. With so many movements to learn, watching yourself master something you couldn’t do before is one of the most rewarding parts of the journey.

Build Real Training Friendships

With classes capped at 6-8 people, you’ll get to connect with people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. Doing the same workout together — sharing the highs and the grind — means friendships form fast. Some members will tell you they’re not really going to train anymore… they’re going to see their people. Either way, going to the gym becomes something you actually look forward to. It’s like a sports club for adults.

An Environment Where You Can Train with Confidence

With experienced coaches on the floor, complete beginners have nothing to worry about. Your coach will tailor movements and intensity to your level, so you always get a high-quality workout. Each session wraps up in one hour, making it great for time-efficiency — perfect for busy people. Many of our members squeeze in a session before or after work and head out energized. Of course, a quick Saturday morning workout is a great way to refresh and set yourself up for a relaxed, enjoyable rest of the day.

CrossFit Class

60 minutes per main class.

A different workout every day — combining a variety of movements using rowing machines, bikes, dumbbells, barbells, pull-up bars, and more — so you’ll never get bored. Members cheer each other on, making even the toughest sessions genuinely fun. And that sense of accomplishment and fulfillment after pushing through to the end? It’s addictive. Come try a class and experience it for yourself.

WeightLifting Class

Once a week, 60 minutes per session. (Every Thursday, 8:30 PM)

A specialist coach-led class focused on developing your technique in Olympic weightlifting — the Clean & Jerk or the Snatch. These are deeply technical and challenging movements, but when you nail them, the feeling is incredibly satisfying. It’s the kind of training you simply can’t get at a regular gym — so come give it a try.

HYROX Class

Approximately 3-4 sessions per week, 60 minutes each. (Every Saturday and Sunday morning)

HYROX is a exciting new sport sweeping the world — combining running and functional fitness into one competitive event. In Japan, the inaugural event held in August 2025 was a massive success, generating huge excitement. And with the next event already confirmed for August 2026 in Chiba, the momentum is only building. If you’re looking for a new way to train or love the idea of pushing yourself as a team, HYROX is the perfect fit.
